Welcome to the first year of Stone Soup Camp for Friends of all Abilities! We are excited to offer a full week of day camp for Stone Soup campers and their siblings. If you have a child with special needs this is the camp all your kids can enjoy for the week! It will be filled with games, crafts, music, special visitors and experiences from cultures all around the world. Get ready to let your kids travel around the world with us while staying right here in scenic Monroe, Georgia.

Stone Soup Camp welcomes children and young adult’s age 4—34 who have diagnoses that have been served by the IEP process and whose primary diagnoses are not articulation deficits. Because Stone Soup seeks to provide meaningful experiences for the whole family and provide times of respite for our parents, we also welcome sib-lings at a reduced cost.

What We are About…..

Stone Soup is all about building community between friends of all abilities. We believe everyone has something special and unique to offer and without forging friendships with those of all abilities, we miss out on something special. Pro-viding a camp environment that enrolls friends of all abilities sets everyone up to win. Our campers with diagnoses have a wonderful opportunity to experience camp amongst typical peers, pro-viding daily opportunities to develop crucial social skills in a natural environment. At the same time it provides typical peers an opportunity to learn to relate to those of all abilities and realize that we all have something of value to share with others if we all just listen and pay attention to one another.
